Product Liability Statements

Smashing Cars Creations soaps and body care products are for external use only. Please discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs. Please avoid purchasing anything with ingredients you know or suspect you are allergic or sensitive too. I list all ingredients on each product. I am happy to answer any questions.

Even though I use mostly natural and organic ingredients there is still the possibility of an allergic reaction or sensitivity. ALL ingredients are FDA approved and/or food grade quality. 
If you experience an uncomfortable reaction, please discontinue use of the product and consult a medical professional if needed.  I am not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse or allergic reaction to any of the soaps or body care products.

How do I order?

Canceled orders

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all canceled orders that have been processed. If you order something and realize it is the wrong product you wanted, please contact me immediately to avoid extra charges.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer during the time the order is placed.

At this time I am NOT accepting international orders, but hope to do so in the future.

Incorrect Address, Non-deliverable, or Refused Shipments

Please make certain that your shipping address and billing addresses are correct. If a customer makes a delivery error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If I make an error, then of course I will absorb the additional charges.

If any order is refused by a customer and returned there will be a 10% restocking fee in addition to the incurred shipping charges.

Returns

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact me as soon as possible with a return request.  You have 7 days from receipt of goods to request a return or exchange and 7 days from receipt of my email allowing the return to ship it back to me. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be in original, unopened packaging. I do not refund shipping costs.

There will be no returns allowed on merchandise held over 14 days or soap or body care products that have been opened from their packaging.
